The COVID-19 pandemic has caused many of us to start using video conferencing applications like Zoom to continue working remotely.

The influx of new users on the video conferencing platform has caused New York attorney general, Letitia James, to raise questions about Zoom’s current privacy and security practices, as well as how the company plans to keep up with increased traffic while hospitals, businesses, and students continue to work remotely.
