Time Matters 16 has a new update available which addresses the issues listed below.  Anyone on a current AMP (Annual Maintenance Plan) with PCLaw|Time Matters ™ is entitled to this update. 

Plummer Slade clients who have regularly scheduled Specialty Software Maintenance Visits will have this update installed during those visits.  Extra time will be scheduled in order perform this work.

Calendar/Scheduler/Docketing
Calendar flyouts show the same fields as the calendar view

Email
Characters are no longer replaced in TM Connect emails
Performance issues addressed when loading the email sub tab list

Exchange Sync
Exchange Sync no longer modifies date on Contact and ToDo records
Event sync no longer stops for a user after Exchange Sync is uninstalled and upgraded from Time Matters 16.3
Exchange Sync no longer relies on deprecated version of SSL or TLS

Timeslips
Changes in Timeslips do not create duplicate items in Time Matters
Timeslips loads as expected if initially started prior to Time Matters

TM Connect
Time Matters exception no longer occurs when Outlook opens

TM Save
TM Save no longer prompts for credentials when Active Directory integration is enabled, even if Time Matters is already open and logged in.

Billing Matters
Total Duration field on a billing form inherits record time from which it is created.

QuickBooks
Adding billing record no longer prompts for QuickBooks customer update

Juris Link
Client/matter number no longer goes blank intermittently

PCLaw Link
Opening an existing record from a timesheet then creating a new record no longer causes duplicate values on the new record.

We strongly suggest that you update your Time Matters to the latest patch.
