Terms & Conditions: By purchasing and accepting Plummer Slade training manuals, you are agreeing to the following terms: You may use your purchased manual(s) for your own clients/students or your own use. However, you may not resell, nor reproduce the copyrighted Plummer Slade manuals in any way. If additional manuals are required, you must purchase these hardcopy manuals from Plummer Slade. For PDF manual orders, you not reproduce the PDF manual file in any other capacity. You may not email the PDF file to anyone. You may not reproduce the PDF manual files and resell them as your own. This includes customized PDF purchases. Plummer Slade training manuals or any part thereof, may not be reproduced or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic or mechanical, including photocopying, recording, storage in an information retrieval system, or otherwise, without express written permission of Plummer Slade, Inc. Unauthorized reproduction or transmission, including any part of Plummer Slade materials, is a violation of federal law.
Backup instructions can be found in the Appendices of the training manuals. Before making any changes within your database, make sure you have a good backup to restore should the need arise. Plummer Slade is not responsible for any data loss or corruption.
Any warranties listed are provided by the manufacturer. Plummer Slade, Inc. disclaims any and all other express or implied warranties. While Plummer Slade takes great care in assuring the accuracy and quality of these materials, all material is provided without any warranty whatsoever, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
The laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania govern all purchases and the use of our Service. You must comply with all laws, regulations, obligations, and restrictions which apply to you. You agree that the courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania have exclusive jurisdiction for any claim, action or dispute and that the venue shall be Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. You also agree and expressly consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Return Policy: We will accept returns on first-time purchases of Timeslips, Time Matters, Billing Matters, and QuickBooks software for thirty days from the date the order is placed with Plummer Slade, as long as the seal has not been broken and the original packaging from the manufacturer has not been disturbed in any way. This return policy does not include upgrades, add-ons, or training manuals. You will be charged 10% of your purchase order total as a restocking fee.
Registration/Cancellation Policy: Training class registration is guaranteed only upon receipt of full payment and completed form. You may send a substitute or cancel your registration and you will receive a full credit towards a future class if your cancellation is received 48 hours prior to the start of the class.
