Sage Software offers 30 Days of Free Support for all new purchases only. You are entitled to this Free Support through Sage Software no matter where you purchase Timeslips.  Upgrading and adding additional users does not qualify for 30 Days of Free Support.

When ordering a Timeslips upgrade, you need to know how many licenses you currently own. Open Timeslips and from the Help Menu, choose About Timeslips. Scroll down the information screen to find your existing licenses.  You will order the upgrade version that contains your number of licenses.  For example, if you own 6 licenses, you need to order a 4-10 license upgrade.  The upgrade will not increase your number of licenses to 10.  You will have the same number of licenses. If you need additional licenses, then you will need to purchase the additional licenses.  Each computer using Timeslips must have a license.

The system requirements for Timeslips are as follows:

• Windows XP, Windows XP Pro, Windows 2000 with SP1 or SP2
• Pentium processor with 800MHz or more
• 512MB RAM recommended
• 330MB free hard disk space
• 256 color VGA display w/1024x768 resolution recommended
• CD-ROM Drive
